This is an Informational Icon Design System project that I did for a school project. I chose to design an icon system for the world-famous Costco Food Court. I decided to design an icon system for several reasons: 1) in theory, maybe not all of the food courts offer all of the menu items (or maybe they sometimes run out) and this icon system will help customers identify which items are available at that specific location; and 2) because while most of us just KNOW what all of these Costco Food Court specialties look like, there might be individuals who are NOT familiar with the Costco Chicken Bake or Ice Cream Cup and don't know what to expect. This icon system will provide that visual aid so that the customer can make a more informed decision and solve that important dilemma of which delicious Costco Food Court treat they should buy that day.
